Chapter RidesSaturday, October 18 -- Dinner ride to Crystal Palace in Bakersfield. The group performing is The Buckaroos with Buddy Alan (Bucks son). The cost of the show is $5.00 which is added to your dinner bill along with a 17% gratuity. Let Joe know as soon as possible if your are going so we can make sure that we have enough tables (together). We will be meeting at Caldwell and 99 at 4:45 p.m and riding over as a group. Saturday, November 1 -- Ride to Oakhurst - This is definitely a food-oriented ride. Our destination is Todd’s Cookhouse Bar-B-Que in Oakhurst. Todd’s offers brisket, chicken, pulled pork, pork and beef ribs. It’s goooooooood! Depending on what time we leave Nielson’s, and what the weather is like, we have two choices of route. If the weather is nice and the time is early-ish, we’ll find an interesting route around Pine Flat and into Oakhurst. If circumstances are against us, we’ll ride up 99 to 41 and straight into Oakhurst. Friday, November 14 -- Dinner ride to China Alley Mexican Rest. in Lindsay (will combine with monthly Meeting of Officers) Saturday, December 6 -- Parking lot practice after Chapter Get-together (weather permitting).
